Brief overview of the course
The Master’s degree programme in Business Administration and Human Resource Management aims to provide the skills and tools necessary to tackle business problems from an integrated and systemic perspective, within a company management approach to continuous change that involves seizing opportunities and facing down threats. Furthermore, the course sets out to supply the knowledge and tools needed to correctly interpret the meaning of "business sustainability" and to manage corporate sustainability in an ethical and transparent way. At the end of the course, all students will: possess an in-depth knowledge in the economic-business, economic, mathematical-statistical and legal fields, as well as the sociological-psychological sector, in order to correctly formulate and solve business problems; know how to adopt appropriate analysis criteria and methods of intervention from an international/intercultural perspective while also considering gender differences; acquire and know how to appropriately useful methodologies in the administration and governance of companies, in freelance activity in the economic field, and in the selection and management of human resources in a constantly evolving environment subject to frequent upheaval.
